We are here to guide you though every step of creating your bespoke bridal gown.

Consultation
Our initial consultations provide the first opportunity to gain a close understanding of the journey you are about to begin. It is a chance for you to view our gowns in person, where untold details are revealed. The gowns and materials you are drawn to provide an insight into your character, style and all the hopes you may or may not already have for your gown. We discuss silhouettes, colour palettes, material preferences and any details that hold personal significance to you that we should reference while designing for you. Naturally, you will have a lot of questions, and our team are committed to ensuring each and every one is answered.

Design
Sketches are where your gown first begins to emerge. We begin the design process showcasing silhouettes and form, drawing inspiration from our initial conversations and understanding of your hopes for your gown. We will present a variety of designs to you for your consideration, from here a good understanding of direction is established. Accompanying these sketches, material and embellishment concepts are presented to help visualise the design as a whole.

Fabric Selection
Fabric selections are an integral part of creating your bespoke gown, the choice of cloth can dictate a lot about form and style. We guide you through the process of choosing from the finest European fabrics relevant to your style influences. Ranging from delicate embroideries and fine lace to the most luxurious pure silks. We will explore choices with regard to structure and fluidity, as well as texture, colour and tone. We commission custom made fabrics that truly represent your style and perfect shades of colour, along with bespoke embroidery designs and custom designed embellishment to incorporate meaningful details. Our expert team are on hand at every stage to help and guide you, providing swatches and samples so that you can consider all these options at your own pace.

Measurements
Once the design process is complete and you have selected the sketch that will become your bespoke bridal gown, we take your measurements. As every gown is made precisely for you, these measurements allow us to begin the process of lifting your gown off the sketch book page and into reality. The pattern for each gown is meticulously draped in our atelier and cut individually by hand. We take careful consideration of proportion and form so that your gown suits you personally. Many of our pieces include internal bespoke corsetry, to gracefully sculpt and support your gown, creating an effortless silhouette.

Toile Fittings
Once our atelier have developed the pattern and the first trials of your gown are complete, we ask you to attend your first toile fitting. You will attend many fittings throughout the creation of your gown. However, this first fitting is a pivotal step on your journey. Stepping into your first toile is when our collective vision will truly come to life. For the first time you will see in the mirror before you, the beginnings of your one of a kind bridal dress. Toiles are made in simple fabrics to check the fitting and for you to experience the feeling and movement of wearing your bespoke gown. Throughout a series of toile fittings your gown will develop, adjustments to fit and embellishment placement begin during these fittings. At this stage we discuss accessories and work with you to style and consider these choices.

Gown Fittings
Once the fit and any adjustments of your gown have been established through toile fittings, your gown will be cut from your chosen cloths. Our atelier now begin to construct your real gown. Throughout this process we invite you to attend multiple fittings. This is an exceptionally exciting time, as on every occasion your final gown will become more and more complete. This is when the detail of fine embroideries, luscious fabrics and embellishments are seen in your own personal formation for the first time. Final adjustments to fit, particularly hem length and the addition of final embellishments are made at this stage to ensure a pristine appearance when your bridal look is revealed on your wedding day.
